Scheduling, payments & cancellation policies
New patients can utilize the online booking system to schedule an appointment. Once established as an existing patient in our system, you can either book online or call to make an appointment.
Pre-pay is required to secure your appointment at the time of booking. Full payment of any outstanding balance is required on the day of the appointment. We accept debit cards and most credit cards.
No-shows, cancellations or rescheduled appointments made within 24 hours of the appointment will the incur the following fees:
- New patient: $100
- Existing patient: $75
Insurance, reimbursement, FSA/HSA
We are a Cash-Pay Practice so we do not accept insurance and are out-of-network with all insurance plans. We do not participate in Medicare. If you have a private insurance plan with out-of-network benefits, we can provide the information you will need after your appointment to request reimbursement, however we cannot guarantee that your plan will cover all or a portion of the costs. Itemized receipts can be provided for HSA/FSA. If you have any questions, please reach out.
